The picturesque North Norfolk coast, with its stunning beaches,
majestic woodland and rustic charm, magically inspires artists to
capture, in watercolours, this idyllic painters’ paradise. Join
celebrated Watercolour artist TIM FISHER for a delightful painting
holiday, staying at a 16^th Century Smugglers’ Inn, overlooking the
marshes at Thornham – THE LIFEBOAT INN.

More than just an indulgent painting course, to improve your skills
with Tim’s expert tuition, against the backdrop of beautiful
scenery, this is a holiday designed to offer a pleasurable stay at a
popular historic and quaint hotel, famous for its character and
tavern style hospitality, with an extensive menu offering hearty
food. The plentiful English Breakfast (included) will set you up for
the day before sketching and painting in selected areas such as the
glorious gardens at Norfolk Lavender and the bygone countryside
charm of Bircham Windmill (both with on site facilities.)__

We hope you will revel in the company of your fellow artists for the
evening meals, and a private dining room is booked so the group can
relax together and enjoy the convivial social atmosphere! Many of the
bedrooms (all en suite) are sea view, offering a glorious vista across
the harbour. Whilst we hope for perfect weather conditions, indoor
painting facilities are available at the hotel.

TIM FISHER is a renowned artist who needs no introduction to painting
enthusiasts. He is well known to readers of Leisure Painting magazine
and welcomes the opportunity to share his expertise and enthusiasm with
you! The Holiday Operator is 'S.S. ENTERPRISE' of Kings Lynn, Norfolk;
established in 1991 and proud of its reputation of excellence in the
field of Tourism and Special Events. A representative from 'S.S.
Enterprise' will be at the hotel to meet you on arrival and is available
throughout your stay if you require assistance or advice.
